Burying The Hatchet (Maryse/Raina)

"Follow me." Rai said as she got up.

Maryse looked puzzled, but eventually stood up to her feet and dusted off the back of her jeans from sitting on the ground.

Rai grabbed her bag and walked out of the locker room.

Maryse quickly grabbed her belongings from her locker and her sweatshirt as she followed quickly after Rai.

"Wait, where are we going?" She asked confused and impatient as she tried to slid her sweatshirt over her body.

Rai opened the door to her large hummer. "To my house." Rai said as she put her stuff in the trunk.

Maryse tugged on the bottom of her sweatshirt so it could go all the way down. Her brow then rose as she stopped in front of Rai's truck, refusing to put her bags in there just yet.

"..Why?" She asked dazed, and with caution.

"I got stuff that can cover up your scars way better."

Maryse stared over toward Raina, unsure of if she should trust her or not but she had no matter choices of how else to hide it from Mike or anyone else for that matter. Maryse placed her backs in the trunk of Raina's car.

Rai got in and started the car up. She waited for Maryse. "My brother is at my house but he can keep a secret. Trust me on that."

Maryse hopped into the front seat and closed the door behind her. "I-I don't trust him." She said, and shook her head at the thought of anyone else knowing.

"Dave can handle anything thrown at him." Rai said as she backed out.

"Sure he can." Maryse sighed as she tugged on her sleeves. She adjusted them perfectly to make sure they covered her scars.

"He can." Rai started to drive towards her house. "Are you allergic to dogs?"

"Small? No. Big? I chose to keep my distance." She answered.

Rai dialed Dave's cellphone.

Dave answered his phone. He had been off tomorrow night from the Smackdown taping, so he hadn't had to travel with them 'though he did have to do a live show on Raw earlier in the night and headed back home to take a nap instead of going out with the other guys.

"Uh...Hello?" Dave yawned into the phone, without checking who the call was from.

"Hey Dave can you put Demon in the backyard please?" Rai said with a slight chuckle.

Dave groaned. "...That would mean I would actually have to get up." He told her.

"When I get home and take care of something I'll make you some of those chicken wraps you love so much if you do this for me." Rai said in a serious tone she hardly ever used when she spoke to her brother.

"Ugh, fine." Dave growled as he lazily slid his body toward the nearest edge of the bed. "You really owe me for this, Rai."

"David I wouldn't ask this if it wasn't important."

"Yeah, yeah. I know." Dave replied as he slid down from the bed and walked toward where Raina's dog had been. "Come here, boy." Dave called as he clapped his hands to help lead the dog out back.

Demon barked and ran outside happily.


"Thanks Dave. I'll be home soon." Rai said as she closed her phone. Rai kept driving and switched on the radio. She took a deep breath. "My dog is outside."

"That cuts down half of my worries." Maryse retorted.

"Dave won't tell anyone else trust me."
