Picking up old habits(anyone)

"Sorry, I thought you'd figure it out."

Ted rolled his eyes. He tried it again and landed on his face again.

Rai started laughing hard.

"You're just over-shooting it."

Ted crossed his arms.

"Watch. Not too hard, not too soft. Just let it all go naturally."
Tyler said before flipping.
"Besides, once you get this down, backflips are a piece of cake."

Rai laughed harder.

"Stop laughing, its just humiliating now."
Tyler said to Rai, hiding his own laughter.

Rai shook her head still laughing.

"C'mon Ted, one more time. And quit being so negative."
He coached.

"Nope ain't doing it."

"Ted. Try."

Ted shook his head.

"Try! You already started!"
He said, pulling on his arm.

"Ted you don't try again I swear my foot is going up your priceless ass."

Ted sighed and let Tyler pull his arm.

"See? I didn't want it to go there."
He chuckled.
"Now, not too hard, not too soft. Natural. And un-tuck. And land on your feet, not your face."

"Got to admit him landing on his face is funny." Nitro said.

Rai elbowed him. She then looked at Ted. "I know you can do it."

He nodded and did it again successfully.

"Finally! Told you so."

Rai smiled. "Good job Ted."

"Now do that, just backwards."

Ted's eyes widened.

"It sounds complicated, but trust me, it's super easy. Just use the same tactics, and jump backwards instead of forwards."
