Picking up old habits(anyone)

"Have you ever thought of taking martial arts?" Rai asked curious.

"Already have, but I just used it as a way of working out. My mom was pretty strict, so I had to have hobbies instead of friends."

"Thinking about picking it back up?"

"Not really, I hurt y knee pretty bad, and I just focused on everything else."

Rai nodded.

Ted fell off the rings.

Nitro laughed.

Tyler couldn't help but snicker.
"Don't force it, just let yourself hang off of the rings."

Ted got back up.

Rai shook her head.

"If he falls this time, I might just die in laughter."

"He'll fall." Rai and Nitro said at the same time.

"I'm not gonna look."
Tyler said, turning around.

Ted fell again.

Nitro bust out laughing.

Tyler laughed at Nitro's laughter.
"You'll get it Ted, it took me a while too."
He said, walking over to him to help him up.

"I give up. I am not doing air moves."

Rai rolled her eyes. "You are such a wuss Ted."

"That's cool, we'll just work on your ground stuff."

Ted stuck his tongue out at Rai.

"Please stop, before she flip kicks you or something."

Ted chuckled.

"You know she will."
He laughed.

"Yeah I know."

"So do you want to start off with the basics, or just skip to the good stuff."

He shrugged.

"We'll just skip to the fun part then."
He chuckled.
"We'll just start with the basics. A front flip."
Tyler said before flipping.
"Simple. Just bend your knees, jump as hard as you can, and tuck. Oh, and don't be scared."

Ted tried and fell on his face.

Rai stopped herself from laughing.

"Okay, you have to un-tuck eventually, otherwise that happens."

"You didn't say that."

Rai buried her face in Nitro's shoulder trying to stifle her laughter.
