Dinner with the little sister (Rai/Dave/Shannon/Melina/Daniel)

Rai was in her kitchen working on chopping the vegetables for the stir-fry for dinner tonight. She knew Dave was bringing two guests and also to give Shannon a chance. She heard Demon run down the stairs and bark when the doorbell rang.

Dave stood outside silently after ringing the doorbell, he had drove to Melina's house earlier to pick her and her son, Daniel, up. He was glad to of been spending more time with Melina and her son. He could already hear the dog from the other end of the door, which made Dave simply shake his head.

Rai patted Demon on the head. "Good boy." She opened it up to see her brother. "He's a good watch dog." She said with a smile.

"So, I see." Dave said with a laugh before gesturing toward the younger boy standing by Melina's side. "This is Daniel. They'll both be joining us tonight."

Rai smiled even though she was confused. Rai knelt infront of Daniel. "Hi my name is Rai. I'm Dave's little sister. Do you like stir fry?"

Daniel shyly hid behind Melina.

Rai stepped back. "Come on in I'm finishing up dinner. I made beef stir-fry with some angel hair pasta and chicken salad."

Demon stood infront of Dave sniffing him eagerly.

Melina swung Daniel into her arms.

"Shan should be here soon." Rai said as she went to the sink and washed her hands. "What can I get you to drink?"

"I'll just take a Ginger ale." Dave simply answered.

Rai nodded grabbed him one.


Demon laid on the bed he had in the kitchen.

Melina pulled her green tea and Daniel's juice from her purse.

Rai handed Dave the ginger ale then finished chopping the vegetables.

Dave took the soda before he noticed his sister begin to finish cooking. "Oh no." Dave muttered to himself at the sight.

"Dave I'm actually a good cook and you know it."

He chuckled. "Sure you are, just don't burn down the house, Rai."

Rai took some of the stir-fry on a fork and held it out to him. "Try it."

Dave slowly tried it with caution. "Not too bad." He said flatly.

Rai rolled her eyes and finished adding stuff.
