Writers Block (Anyone)

"Since when have I never given you a key to my place?"

"I don't know. Thought lover boy would've stopped you from giving me one." Derek replied.

"My place not his, even if it had been both of ours I still would have given you a key." Anetha ate some salad. "He knows that I gave it to you and he understands why."

"He's just trying to suck up to you, so that he can get laid." Derek said, being blunt as usual.

"He knows he isn't getting any yet." Anetha said drinking some of her water.

"And why is that?" Derek asked.

"I don't know." Anetha said with a shrug.

"There is a reason so spill." Derek said.

"I want to wait a little bit. See where this thing is going to go."

"You're usually all for sex." Derek said.

"Don't get me wrong it's been hard as hell but I'm trying to go for that thing called a stable relationship."

Derek nodded his head as he scribbled something down in the notebook that was on the table.

"Kind of like mine?" Derek asked.

"Yes. You and Ria are great." Anetha ate some more lunch.

"It's a weird change. Never thought I'd be in a relationship until I met her." Derek said.

Anetha smiled. "Never thought I wanted more in a relationship until I met Kellan."

"Even if he is an oaf." Derek said.

Anetha rolled her eyes. "Why are you calling him an oaf?"

"Cause he is one." Derek replied.

"How?"

"I already answered that question." Derek said.

"You said just because."

"That's my answer." Derek said.

"Not an answer."

"Is to me." Derek said with a shrug.

Anetha rolled her eyes and threw a crouton at him.
